- install opencv
  = note: python3-numpy is a dependency
# apt install python3-opencv

$ python3 -c "import cv2; print(cv2.__version__)"

- install virtual environment
# apt install python3-venv

- setup virtual environment
$ python3 -m venv env

- activate virtual environment
$ source env/bin/activate

- install scikit-image
$ pip install scikit-image

- install requests
$ pip install requests

- install beautifulsoup
$ pip install beautifulsoup4

- run 'dectivate' to exit virtual environment</file>
